Studio sculpture is a Pilates based principle workout where I highlight all the health benefits needed. Focusing on controlled breathing, muscle engagement, core strength structured exercises, enhancing sculpted muscle tone and stability, flexibility and balance, combining strength training to build lean muscle & burn fat. The sculpture method is a life changing program teaching you to control your body and mind through movement to have a better sense of well-being & increasing energy. Sculpture Focus

A focus class is combined strength training with Pilates to build lean muscle, using heavier weights & resistant bands to work on strength, inside & out leaving you feeling STRONG! Two focus classes a week, they alternate between upper & lower body.

Sculpture Burn

Embrace the burn with this high energy full body workout. Boost your mood, elevate your heart rate and enjoy uplifting music with this class. Focusing on improving your cardiovascular health throughout this 60 minutes using a mixture of Db’s, bands, Kettle bells and body weight exercises. ‘Skip the run, burn has just begun!

Sculpture Core

Learn how to engage your deep abdominal muscles along with your pelvic floor at our core classes. Strengthening your core will improve your posture, balance and help prevent injury. By having a strong core you will notice the ease for completing everyday life tasks. During our 60 minute class, we use a large range of movements from standing to floor, working all muscles within our core. With no class being the same! An option to alter and adapt each movement to challenge you, to your own ability. Leaving the class toned and sculpted.

Sculpture Stretch

A full body stretch focus class with no muscles untouched. Working on lengthening the body with controlled stretches to help you sculpt a long, lean physique. Supporting spine health, hip mobility & preventing injuries from head to toe & a movement of flow. This 60 minute class will leave your body & mind feeling reset & ready for a new week ahead.

I'm an experienced Pilates instructor, I’ve designed a program where all 3 different class styles complement each other. If you’re searching for the truly sculpted look I recommend 3 / 4 classes a week alongside our dietary plan. Or drop into a Sculpture class that will compliment your lifestyle.

What should I bring to my first class?

All you need is comfortable clothing and a water bottle! We provide all the necessary equipment, but feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.

How do I know which class is right for me?

We offer classes for all fitness levels! If you're unsure, start with a Sculpture Core or Sculpture Stretch class to ease into our programs. You can always reach out to us for personalized recommendations based on your fitness goals and experience.

Do I need any prior Pilates experience to join a class?

No, come along ready to move

Can I take classes if I’m pregnant or post-natal?

Yes! We have a specialised class, Sculpture Mummas, designed for new mothers, where you can safely return to exercise with your baby by your side. Always check with your healthcare provider before starting any new fitness program, especially during pregnancy or post-natal.
