

My Story
Move Better, Feel Better
Studio Sculpture was created from a real place in my life.
After having my three children, I lost motivation going to the gym. I knew I loved moving my body, but it started to feel like something I had to do, rather than something I wanted to do. I wanted something more enjoyable, empowering, and energising.
So I created it.
I trained in Pilates and kettlebells to build a method that combines strength, control, and flow - designed to make you feel good both physically and mentally. Studio Sculpture began with free sessions on the beach and naturally grew into the studios and community it is today.
Every class is different, creative, and designed to give your body what it needs. It is not just about how you look - it is about how you feel.
I am a mum of three, and you will sometimes see my children around the studio. For me, it is important they grow up seeing passion, movement, and purpose in action.
This is more than fitness - it is a space to enjoy movement again.

“Fran is an amazing teacher, offering a variety of classes throughout the week covering all levels. At 56 I'm new to Pilates, but at each move she explains the options based on ability, meaning everyone has a good workout, regardless of level. A and you can push yourself as much, or as little as you want, including the use of weights and bands. Fran's high energy, enthusiasm and encouragement is infectious. I'm loving it, and it's making a difference too. So, give it a try.”
